- Improve early screening (special focus on 0-5 years) for developmental delay
- Reduce child abuse/neglect (special focus children ages 0-5 years)
- Improve the % of youth (ages 14-21 years) with special health care needs transition to adult health care
- Improve the healthy development, health, safety and well-being adolescents
- Improve the oral health of children
